The Gmail MCP Server ("the App") is a personal-use tool operated by Nathan Higgs for its own use, and is not offered as a public service. Access to control the App is restricted to its operator via a private credential.

Use of the App

The App is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. It acts on connected Google Accounts only in response to explicit requests from its operator. The operator is responsible for the actions it directs the App to take, including any that create, modify, move, or delete email labels/filters or Drive files.

No warranty; limitation of liability

The App is offered without any guarantee of availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nathan Higgs is not liable for any loss of data or other damages arising from use of the App.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time; continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
